Boneless chicken breast simmered in a Tecate beer salsa with tomatillo, chile and cilantro
Picadillo Beef:
Lean ground beef cooked in a chunky red salsa with potato cubes and onions
Chilaquiles with Chicken:
Baked layers of tortillas chicken salsa and cheese with sour cream
Sizzling Fajitas:
Chicken, beef, or veggie fajitas are cooked to order; served with assorted salsas and guacamole
